The Road Lies Ahead

His Guru was meditating. One particular of the disciples told him to wait, but Madhav was incredibly impatient. He kept on hunting at his watch. He knew quickly it will be time for the evening prayers (aarti) in the ashram. The temple bell rang and the prayers started. He waited for the prayers to get more than so that he can meet his beloved guru. His impatient wait was noticed by his Guru. Madhav's face was narrating a story and his guru took no time to fully grasp that anything was incorrect with Madhav. Immediately after the prayer was completed he took Madhav to his area so that each of them can speak peacefully.

Guruji, Madhav started, "I am tired of my life. I have provided up and want to die. I see no light ahead of me. My business companion cheated on me, my personal brother threw me and my household out of the house, my little ones are hungry and I have no dollars to feed them. I really feel cheated from absolutely everyone. I have no A single to enable me. I am unable to see the road ahead, there lies darkness. I have lost handle more than my life. I see myself falling at every step. I have lost faith in God. You are my final hope, please guide me. I will need aid". Madhav broke in to tears. His guru looked at him and mentioned" the road to our ashram is broken badly and desires repairing. I am arranging to repair it tomorrow morning. Will you assistance me? Madhav was stunned at this. He wanted guidance from his Guru and his Guru was speaking about the road repair. But Madhav respected his guru so he agreed to assist him.

The subsequent morning he met his guru to repair the road. Madhav, his guru stated, "we want to start the operate. Initial of all, you will have to location the mud on the road to make it even. His guru came to him and mentioned, "Yes my son, there lies your answer. This is precisely what you have been undertaking. You say you cannot see the road ahead. It is simply because you have been hunting behind, at your previous, which hurts you. And every time you fall it hurts all the much more. And then you give up and blame God for your personal folly. How can you see the possibilities that lie in the future if you retain searching at your failures of the previous? Till and unless, you look forward you will by no means be able to repair the harm in the path of your life. God has the very best in retailer for you, but have to leave your previous behind. Look ahead, the road to your future lies ahead."

Madhav fell at his guru's feet. He felt choked and had no words. His guru had certainly shown him the way and the future appeared clear to him. He decided to conceal his previous and repair his broken road, not by peeping into his previous but by hunting ahead. This was Just after all, the road to his vibrant future.
